We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support a Contract assignment in Los Angeles, California. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level marketing specialist who combines hands-on execution with strong coordination skills across digital, print, and community-facing initiatives. The role will focus on keeping campaigns and communications on track, partnering with outside vendors, and helping drive lead engagement through organized follow-up and scheduling.
Job Responsibility
Oversee updates to the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, timely, and aligned with current marketing priorities
Manage day-to-day activity across social media channels to strengthen audience engagement and maintain a consistent brand presence
Coordinate newsletters and community outreach efforts, developing communications that support awareness and ongoing customer interest
Collaborate with external partners and service providers to execute marketing projects, monitor deliverables, and maintain quality standards
Track incoming sales inquiries and support timely follow-up to help move prospects through the pipeline
Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules for marketing and sales-related discussions with internal teams and external contacts
Support the planning and execution of digital, social, email, and print marketing initiatives that contribute to brand visibility and campaign goals
Monitor multiple projects at once, keeping timelines organized and ensuring activities move from concept through completion
Requirements
3+ years of experience in homebuilding or residential development is preferred
2+ years of project management experience in a marketing or related business environment
At least 2 years of experience across digital, social media, and print marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with outside vendors
Proven ability to stay organized, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and handle tactical execution in a fast-paced setting
Experience with email campaigns, B2B marketing, campaign planning, brand awareness initiatives, and tools such as HubSpot is preferred
Nice to have
