We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a B2B marketing environment and has a proven history of executing successful lead generation and demand generation campaigns. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings will be required in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive B2B lead generation and demand generation
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase, utilizing account-based marketing techniques
Create engaging digital content using tools like Canva to support advertising efforts on social media and display ad platforms
Provide guidance and support to entry-level team members to ensure high-quality campaign execution and team development
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency
Attend occasional in-person meetings to discuss strategy and performance updates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and demand generation
Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including social media and display advertising
Strong skills in content creation using tools like Canva or similar graphic design software
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results through well-executed marketing campaigns
Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and their implementation
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with periodic in-person meetings
