Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain social media accounts - developing social media advertising campaigns, creating content, community managing and working with agency to make the most out of the company’s online communication assets
Monitor, analyze and report results and KPIs
Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics) leading to improvements in metrics and UX
Plan, monitor, optimize and report on web campaign’s performance (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native advertising, Display, SEM)
Create and publish web content via CMS and manage website updates
Collaborate with agencies and ensure good standing of company’s web presence
Implement and coordinate communication calendar and ensure cross-departmental and regional consistency in communication materials
Email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
Write press releases and publications for third party media and respond to media requests
Ensure company’s brands are correctly reflected in all printed and digital materials produced: draft, review, proofread including text & design, provide graphic design support
Support in the creation of product catalogues, brochures and other promotional material
Handle customer requests and provide marketing material
Assist in corporate marketing events
Collaborate closely with commercial units to align marketing plan with commercial priorities
Requirements:
3 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
Experience in digital communications and social media marketing
Experience in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) & publishing content for the web
Good experience in planning, launching, monitoring and evaluating Google Ads and Facebook campaigns
Understanding of web analytics, using analytical tools and monitoring online effectiveness
Familiar with e-mail marketing software (e.g. MailChimp)
Know-how for content marketing & content creation
Exceptional written communication skills both in Greek & English language
