As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world. You’ll sit on the Web & Organic Growth Team reporting to the Director of Web Strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll manage the CMS, support campaign launches, strengthen our organic presence, and ensure our website is fast, accurate, and conversion-ready. You’ll learn how modern digital ecosystems work—from experiments and personalization to AI-driven search—and you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Design, and RevOps to help scale Ironclad’s inbound engine.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Website Content & Quality: Publish and update CMS content, maintain site hygiene (links, redirects, tagging), and run pre-/post-launch QA to ensure a polished, accessible, and error-free user experience
Support Organic Growth & SEO: Implement on-page optimizations, maintain structured data and schema, run SEO audits, publish answer-style content, assist with keyword research, and monitor emerging AI search visibility trends
Execute Website Experiments & Personalization: Assist with building A/B tests or personalized experiences in our CRO platform, ensuring correct setup, targeting, and tracking
Enable Marketing Campaign Execution: Build landing pages for cross-functional initiatives
partner with Brand, PMM, Demand Gen, and MOPs
and ensure everything renders correctly across devices and browsers
Requirements:
