Job Description:

This Contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage data-driven strategies to enhance marketing performance and drive impactful business growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in analytics with strategic thinking to optimize multi-channel campaigns and deliver actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance across digital and traditional channels
  • Analyze complex datasets using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel to extract actionable insights
  • Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models and predictive analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Build and manage dashboards for tracking advertising data from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for relationship-deepening strategies
  • Support the integration of advanced analytics solutions, including automated reporting systems and data pipeline development
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on customer lifecycle analysis and marketing mix modeling
  • Ensure accurate data tagging and tracking to enable personalized member experiences
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics and marketing technologies to continually improve processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in digital analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
  • Strong background in data manipulation and reporting using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and familiarity with machine learning concepts
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and deliver insights
  • Effective communication skills to present complex data findings to diverse stakeholders
