Job Responsibility

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the monthly community engagement calendar across assigned platforms
Execute daily community engagement tactics including outreach, surprise & delight opportunities, and UGC sourcing in partnership with vendors (where relevant) and internal teams
Manage owned post engagements as well as outbound engagement opportunities to fans and talent
ensure appropriate reviews and approvals
Partner with other specialists to ensure community engagement ideation and execution is shared
Work with direct brand team leadership and (Sr) Managers to validate community engagement plans and ensure alignment with brand and campaign strategies
Align with brand teams on key themes, formats, and platforms to source opportunities
