We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in paid media, email marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, and email)
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn
Monitor SEO performance and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation platforms
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and engagement
Manage website updates through CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaigns
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
2–5 years of digital marketing experience
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
