Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who has proven experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple social channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across search and social platforms. Your work will focus on driving qualified traffic, improving conversion performance, and supporting ongoing brand growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and scale paid search marketing campaigns
Conduct keyword research and selection to maximize budget efficiency and achieve key performance goals (traffic, sales, ROI/ROAS)
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
Make strategic keyword and targeting recommendations to enhance results
Produce weekly performance reports and insights
Execute and maintain paid social media advertising campaigns
Collaborate with external partners and stay current with paid media trends and platform updates
Requirements:
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager
Experience running and optimizing large‑scale PPC campaigns
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities
Detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights to leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar field preferred
