We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and tools, as well as creative and data-driven decision-making abilities to optimize campaign performance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and websites
Optimize website traffic through effective search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search campaigns (SEM), ensuring content is optimized for discoverability
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging material for websites, blogs, social media, and other online platforms
Oversee social media strategy, including audience engagement, measuring results, and running targeted ad campaigns
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.), providing recommendations and adjustments to improve results
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive
Partner with design, product, and sales teams to align on campaign objectives and business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
agency experience is a plus
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging digital content
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Effective project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
