Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a real estate property and facilities management organization in Denver, Colorado. This Contract to Permanent opportunity is ideal for a marketing specialist who can blend campaign strategy, hands-on execution, and performance analysis to help attract prospective residents and support leasing goals across multiple apartment communities. The role works closely with leadership, internal partners, and external collaborators to strengthen digital visibility, improve lead generation, and guide ongoing optimization through data-informed decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Create and refine digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels to increase prospect engagement and support occupancy objectives
Develop audience-focused campaigns for individual apartment communities, adjusting messaging and targeting to match local market needs
Review campaign metrics regularly, identify performance patterns, and recommend changes that improve conversion results and advertising efficiency
Maintain accurate, brand-aligned content across digital platforms so messaging remains consistent and current
Produce recurring dashboards, summaries, and stakeholder updates that clearly explain campaign outcomes, trends, and next-step recommendations
Monitor monthly and community-level marketing expenditures to help keep spending aligned with approved budgets and business priorities
Design and coordinate digital creative assets, including display ads, video content, and social media materials that enhance brand presence
Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure campaigns, creative execution, and media placements support broader marketing objectives
Present insights, strategic ideas, and campaign results to leadership in a clear and effective manner
Manage several deadlines and marketing priorities at once while adapting effectively to changing business needs
Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related marketing position
Demonstrated knowledge of platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta advertising channels, geofencing solutions, and digital media best practices
Experience using analytics and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and guide optimization efforts
Familiarity with budget oversight, spend pacing, and allocation across multiple campaigns or properties
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to explain strategy and results clearly
Previous account management or project coordination experience is preferred
Exposure to multi-channel attribution, tracking pixels, Google Ads certifications, AI products, AI strategy, and search engine marketing is a plus
