We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a Contract opportunity supporting an insurance organization in Costa Mesa, California. This position is ideal for a paid social expert who can actively build, manage, and refine campaigns across several platforms while using performance insights to guide decisions. The role combines day-to-day campaign execution with analytical thinking, requiring close attention to budget pacing, funnel performance, and channel effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Launch, manage, and refine paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary emphasis on Meta environments
Monitor campaign delivery, spending, and key performance indicators to make timely adjustments that improve results
Evaluate audience behavior and conversion trends to strengthen funnel performance and overall campaign strategy
Partner with internal stakeholders across different lines of business to align campaign goals, messaging, and targeting plans
Prepare regular performance updates by translating campaign data into clear reporting and actionable recommendations
Use Excel and platform reporting tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support optimization decisions
Expand and manage activity across additional social channels such as TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat as business needs require
Maintain hands-on involvement in platform setup, trafficking, testing, and ongoing in-platform optimization in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong concentration in paid social campaign management
Demonstrated expertise using Meta Ads Manager to execute and optimize campaigns directly within the platform
Practical experience working across multiple paid social channels, including platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, assess performance, and recommend improvements
Solid understanding of marketing funnel concepts and how paid social supports acquisition and conversion goals
Advanced proficiency in Excel for organizing data, reporting results, and conducting performance analysis
Familiarity with broader digital marketing tools and concepts, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, and email campaign support
