We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to 'set it and forget it.' We need a Paid Media powerhouse who lives in the data, thrives on optimization, and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable growth. You will be the primary architect and manager of our paid ecosystem, with a heavy focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Conduct daily monitoring of bids, budget caps, and keyword performance to ensure maximum ROI/ROAS
Develop full-funnel strategies—from top-of-funnel awareness to retargeting and conversion
Work closely with the design team to brief high-performing ad copy and visuals based on performance data
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Lead a rigorous A/B testing framework for landing pages, ad copy, and audience segments
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets (specifically Google and Meta)
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is a must
Must be based in or willing to commute to our Atlanta, GA office 3–4 days per week
