Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with an Austin-based client to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to for a 6-month contract. This position will serve as a key coordinator for marketing initiatives and content execution across a growing organization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards, while supporting an evolving digital strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal marketing and communications requests
  • Write, edit, and publish website content across multiple pages and platforms
  • Develop short-form content including announcements, features, and event promotions
  • Draft copy for print and promotional materials (flyers, brochures)
  • Create basic visual assets using existing templates and tools (Canva)
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices
  • Promote organizational initiatives, events, and updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content development, or communications
  • Experience managing content and executing marketing campaigns across channels
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with high attention to detail
