Job Responsibility:

Campaign Management: Gain experience assisting in the development and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and more
SEO Strategy Development: Learn to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that enhance organic search rankings through keyword research, backlink strategies, and on-page optimizations
LLM SEO & AI-driven Search: Explore how large language models (LLMs) and AI reshape SEO, including AI-powered search algorithms, semantic search, and content generation for improved discoverability
GEO Targeting & Personalization: Learn to apply geographic targeting and AI-based personalization to deliver more relevant ads, content, and campaigns to users across different regions
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement
Website Management: Support other team members in daily website operations, including updates, design modifications, and functionality enhancements
Analytics and Reporting: Help monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and AI-powered dashboards, contributing to the analysis that helps steer our digital strategies
Creative Coordination: Assist in coordinating with creative teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences
Market Research: Participate in market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, audience preferences, and AI-driven insights
Optimization: Support the continuous testing and optimization of ads, targeting, and AI models to boost campaign results and ROI
Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of senior digital specialists, content creators, and marketing analysts

Requirements:

Individuals interested in learning more about interactive media or technology in marketing, especially online advertising
Candidates familiar with MS Office, particularly those who can create PowerPoint presentations and manage Excel data
Detail-oriented individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow
Those looking to join a team full of positive energy and a proactive attitude towards new challenges
Curious and detail-focused individuals who are enthusiastic about gaining new experiences
At least 1 year of experience in a media house or interactive agency is a plus, especially in content marketing
Educational background in marketing or digital marketing
Fluency in English - Polish language skills are a plus
