The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive occupancy, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance tenant engagement for a property management group with residential and multifamily properties across Miami.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and paid advertising
Create engaging content—including graphics, videos, and written posts—to showcase properties, community features, and resident events
Manage and optimize property listings on websites, rental platforms, and social media
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance
prepare regular reports and recommendations based on data insights
Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with occupancy goals and community branding
Maintain and update websites and digital listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Coordinate photography, video tours, and virtual marketing materials for new and existing properties
Leverage technology platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar to integrate marketing and property data
Organize and manage shared drives and files for marketing assets, reports, and creative materials
Stay informed on Miami real estate trends, housing market insights, and emerging digital marketing tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Proven experience with marketing analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising
Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management systems
Strong understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Tech-savvy with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage shared digital files and drives (Google Workspace, Microsoft OneDrive, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
