Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Calabasas, California. In this role, you will support key marketing initiatives and assist in maintaining high-performing digital campaigns. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while utilizing your expertise in email marketing, digital advertising, and analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Google AdWords
Analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights
Coordinate with teams using project management platforms such as Asana to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to create and track marketing initiatives
Assist in creating visually appealing email templates, leveraging tools like Stripo
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative strategies
Support other digital marketing tasks as needed during team transitions

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns and online advertising
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is highly desirable
Experience with project management tools like Asana or similar platforms
Ability to design and execute email campaigns, with knowledge of tools such as Stripo
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks
