Responsible for the distribution and maintenance of digital content
Support email journey building
Support website content updates/maintenance including conducting regular audits of deployed materials
emails, webpages, blogs, and documents
Work in coordination with marketing project management to ensure effective delivery of marketing sends and digital project execution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to test emerging media and dial in how to leave our best digital impression with our ministries and members (i.e. geo-fencing, or highly targeted digital advertising)
Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
A/B test and measure the performance of these conversion assets, working with the research team
Develop/implement/advocate for best practice UX/user interface design strategies for optimal customer experience across platforms
Develop and deploy marketing analytics to aid the marketing team in evaluating effectiveness and optimizing future work
Activate learnings from analytics to optimize process and digital delivery logistics
Assess response and engagement to test, learn, adapt and optimize for success
Maintain awareness of digital landscape, industry standards, trends and best practices
identify opportunities and leverage digital creative assets for ongoing enhancement and growth in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience, required
2 years or less of experience
Experience building and executing digital communications (e.g., email campaigns, text programs, digital advertising)
Experience managing and scheduling social media content across platforms
Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and applying UX/UI best practices
Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
