Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing organization to find a Digital Marketing Specialist to support performance marketing initiatives across multiple business lines. This role focuses on executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Handle day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and QA
  • Support audience creation, keyword research, and negative keyword management
  • Monitor performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Pull and analyze daily/weekly performance reports, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
  • Assist with A/B testing, documentation of learnings, and ongoing optimization efforts
  • Ensure accurate tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of core paid media metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance marketing environment

Nice to have

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Agency experience or digital marketing internship background
  • Exposure to campaign tracking, QA, and attribution
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
