Robert Half is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist / Project Manager to join a fast-paced, collaborative team and own integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and optimization. Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated, 360° marketing campaigns
  • Develop creative and media briefs aligned to business goals
  • Partner with external agencies to manage campaign delivery
  • Review and provide feedback on creative, copy, and media plans
  • Track campaign performance, define KPIs, and optimize based on data insights
  • Analyze campaign data (Excel/CRM) and present clear recommendations
  • Support digital execution across channels and website updates (HubSpot preferred)
  • Manage timelines, status reports, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of media planning and campaign workflows
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Adobe marketing tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment
