Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a 40-hour-per-week basis for a 2–3 month contract. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Plano, TX three days a week. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for digital strategy, team collaboration, and creative execution across a range of marketing channels.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and web content to drive measurable outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, development, and analytics—to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
Create project workflows, develop timelines and budgets, and anticipate and mitigate risks proactively
Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools, report on ROI, and adjust strategies for continual improvement
Stay up to date with marketing technology trends, including the use of generative AI for content creation and data insights

Requirements:

Proven success managing digital marketing projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools

Nice to have:

Expertise in one or more digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, or social media)
Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT or DALL·E
Background in marketing within regulated or fast-paced industries such as healthcare, retail/e-commerce, technology, or financial services
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
