As part of continued business growth, we are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join us at our Worcester office and help accelerate customer acquisition, engagement and revenue across our digital channels. You’ll own the planning, execution and optimisation of performance marketing activity across paid and organic channels, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI. Working closely with our digital agency, you’ll lead campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic channels, while overseeing the performance and ongoing development of group websites. As Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in developing our marketing automation capabilities, introducing the right tools and technology to support scalable, insight-driven marketing. Working alongside the Marketing Director and wider team, you’ll help shape new strategies as part of a newly forming marketing function.
Job Responsibility:
Planning, executing and optimising performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic and retargeting channels
Leading website maintenance, development and performance across group websites, including ongoing optimisation and content refresh
Managing digital marketing budgets, forecasting spend and optimising ROI
Analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
Developing and testing audience strategies, creative variations, landing pages and conversion funnels
Collaborating with creative, content, web and analytics teams to improve conversion rates and user experience
Managing relationships with media agencies, ad platforms and technology partners
Leading A/B testing initiatives across ads, landing pages and messaging
Monitoring industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and reporting across all performance channels
Presenting performance insights, results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Leading marketing automation initiatives, deploying appropriate technology including CRM, data sourcing, project management, analytics and campaign tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in a digital performance or paid media role
Strong hands-on knowledge of paid search, paid social, display and programmatic marketing
Experience managing and optimising website performance, traffic and conversion
A solid understanding of analytics, tracking, attribution and performance reporting
Experience leading or implementing marketing automation and marketing technology solutions
Confidence working with agencies, platforms and external partners
Strong testing and optimisation skills, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
The ability to collaborate effectively across creative, content, technical and commercial teams
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for performance, innovation and continuous improvement
