As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing activities. You'll combine creativity, content marketing, visual communication, and digital tools to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Job Responsibility
Create and publish engaging content such as blog articles, case studies, e-books, customer stories, and other marketing assets
Adapt content for different channels and audiences
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
Collaborate with internal experts to transform business and financial topics into compelling stories
Own and manage the LinkedIn content calendar
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives
Design visuals, graphics, presentations, and marketing materials
Create short videos and visual assets for campaigns, social media, and website content
Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels
Maintain and update website pages, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot CMS
Support website optimization initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates
Contribute to SEO improvements and content performance monitoring
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communication, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Strong content writing and storytelling abilities
Experience creating professional visual content for digital channels
Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and website management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice to have
Knowledge of HubSpot CMS
Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn content management and social media analytics
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, or marketing automation
Experience in a B2B and/or SaaS environment
Knowledge of Dutch
Interest in technology, AI, analytics, or business software
