A growing consumer-focused company in West Palm Beach is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital acquisition campaigns. This hands-on role will own the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple consumer channels, including ad buying, SEM/paid search, audience targeting, SEO research, and conversion optimization.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead consumer-focused performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, X, and other paid media channels
  • Manage large paid media budgets, including targeting strategy, bid management, and creative testing
  • Conduct SEM and SEO research to optimize campaigns and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM tools, providing actionable insights to drive growth
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with pipeline and KPI goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a focus on consumer campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM, SEO, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have
