Come and join us as a results driven Digital Marketing Manager, for a 12 month maternity cover contract, who will be responsible for the digital acquisition and retention channel strategy across all of our digital platforms. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll drive growth by engaging a primarily trade-installer audience, alongside a secondary retail focus, through relevant and personalised digital campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Drive customer acquisition and retention through SEO, PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates channels to ensure a seamless customer journey
Provide dedicated line management to a direct team of three Senior Digital Marketing Executives, with two assistants as secondary reports
Lead our marketing agency partnerships, holding external teams accountable for performance, budget efficiency, and ROAS
Lead the migration to a new operating model for SEO and paid activity to keep us at the forefront of digital marketing
Partner with internal stakeholders to execute digital campaigns that meet business goals, taking full ownership of reporting performance and market insights back to the wider team
Requirements:
Strong leadership experience within the digital marketing space (preferably working on both ecommerce and lead gen strategies)
Proven hands-on experience of managing a £1.5m+ digital marketing budget to drive £multi-million revenue and managing the digital marketing strategy
Experience leading specialised teams with the ability to inspire and develop others whilst embedding best practice across your team
A commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced growth business
Experience working in a data-driven retail/ecommerce environment with demonstrable experience utilising data and analytics to drive growth through marketing activities
