You will join our client in shaping the next phase of growth for an iGaming operator delivering live casino games and sports events to Latin America. You will lead the Marketing Manager role from Spain in a hybrid setup, guiding strategy across Marketing, CRM, Events, PR, and Affiliates to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will translate data into action, build performance roadmaps, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI. You will lead a small Media Buyers team, collaborate with product and commercial teams, and communicate clearly in Spanish and English. This role offers one vacancy and relocation is not offered; you must be based locally.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the overall Digital Marketing Strategy for LATAM aligned with growth objectives
Analyse market trends, economic indicators, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Monitor supply and demand changes to anticipate customer needs and shifts in the market
Develop short- and long-term performance marketing roadmaps
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Social, Affiliates, and other channels
Identify and develop new performance marketing channels to scale customer acquisition
Manage and prioritise the Media Buyers team to ensure campaign efficiency and ROI maximisation
Oversee budget allocation and ensure CAC, ROI, and LTV targets are met
Requirements:
Proven leadership in digital marketing roles, ideally in iGaming, casino, sportsbook, or high‑performance industries
Strong expertise in performance marketing, acquisition strategy, and conversion optimisation
Experience managing media buying teams and performance budgets
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
Deep understanding of the Chilean market
LATAM experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
