Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our clients website
Manage and optimise social media platforms, ensuring engaging content that resonates with our target audience
analyse market trends and user behaviour to inform marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practises into our strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
A qualification in digital marketing ideally at degree level (Certifications from recognized bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) would also be advantageous such as Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing)
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to assess campaign performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling through digital mediums
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions
