Job Responsibility:
Lead e-commerce merchandising and site optimization for peak periods (Black Friday, World Cup)
Navigate a global matrix, partnering with Sales and Product teams to align regional goals
Analyze consumer behavior and sales metrics to build commercial propositions and optimize campaigns
Execute large-scale, integrated digital initiatives and promotional communications
Adapt brand narratives and value propositions for various retail channels
Requirements:
6+ years in e-commerce/retail (ideally manufacturer-side, e.g., Sony, Sonos)
Expertise in trading, online merchandising, and website optimization
Ability to turn data into actionable sales strategies
Proven success managing stakeholders in complex, cross-functional organizations
