In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our digital strategy, optimizing marketing performance, and driving data-driven growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence membership growth and enhance brand visibility through innovative digital campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of digital performance strategies, serving as the primary analytics partner to the Chief Marketing Officer
Manage and oversee paid media campaigns through collaboration with external agency partners, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
Develop and present clear, actionable insights from marketing analytics and campaign data to guide leadership decisions
Oversee the utilization and optimization of the marketing technology stack to support comprehensive omnichannel campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages, user experiences, and conversion funnels for improved outcomes
Monitor and manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics platforms, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Ensure seamless integration of paid and organic media strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness
Evaluate and manage external vendors and technology solutions to support strategic marketing objectives
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on strategy, performance, and analytics
Proficiency in digital analytics, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Arkalytics or similar platforms to drive marketing optimization
Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and agencies while leading paid media strategies
Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and their application to drive omnichannel performance
Expertise in paid and organic media strategies, including Google Ads, social media, and SEO
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment while maintaining ownership of digital initiatives
