Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple paid media channels
Design and implement strategies focused on acquisition and conversion within short decision cycles
Utilize audience modeling techniques, such as lookalikes, interest modeling, and retargeting, to target and convert high-value prospects
Manage dynamic advertising tools including dynamic search ads, dynamic creative optimization, and dynamic travel ads
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness and optimize results
Monitor campaign performance using advanced attribution tools, including Adobe Analytics
Oversee affiliate program activities to drive engagement and revenue
Prioritize cost-efficiency in all campaigns while maintaining high-quality outcomes
Analyze data to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance
Requirements:
Proven expertise in performance marketing and paid media campaign management
Strong knowledge of acquisition and conversion strategies within short decision-making cycles
Experience with audience targeting techniques, such as lookalikes and retargeting
Familiarity with dynamic advertising tools, including dynamic search ads and creative optimization
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies to enhance campaign results
