We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy for Fairmont Jakarta featuring seven distinctive restaurants and bars alongside world-class accommodation and guest experiences. This role will oversee the hotel’s digital ecosystem, including brand campaigns, performance marketing, social media, and online reputation management. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving direct room bookings, restaurant and bar reservations, and brand visibility across digital platforms while maintaining a premium brand image. The ideal candidate combines data-driven marketing expertise with strong storytelling ability and understands the unique dynamics of luxury hospitality and lifestyle dining.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that promotes both hotel rooms and F&B outlets, with a strong focus on revenue growth
Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across paid media, social media, email, and partnerships to increase reservations and footfall
Identify digital opportunities to position the hotel and its restaurants and bars as top dining destinations in Jakarta
Lead digital campaigns promoting the hotel food & beverage offerings
Drive restaurant reservations through online booking platforms, website conversion optimization, and social media engagement
Develop a strong social media presence focused on lifestyle and dining experiences
Oversee the creation of high-quality content including photography, video, and short-form content tailored for relevant platforms
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media ads) targeting both hotel guests and local dining audiences
Optimize digital funnels to drive bookings and guest engagement
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
Ensure the hotel website and restaurant pages are optimized for search engines, user experience, and reservation conversion
Manage restaurant listings across Google, dining platforms, and lifestyle directories
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle brands, or premium consumer brands
Strong experience in F&B marketing, restaurant promotion, or lifestyle marketing is highly preferred
Proven ability to drive online engagement into physical venue visits or reservations
Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms, and CRM systems
Strong creative eye for food, beverage, and lifestyle content
Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Fluent in English
Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred
Nice to have:
Experience marketing high-end restaurants, bars, or nightlife venues
Existing network with food influencers, media, and lifestyle communities in Jakarta
Familiarity with restaurant reservation platforms and dining discovery apps
