We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a healthcare education organization in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. In this role, you will lead digital campaign execution from planning through analysis, helping shape audience engagement across key enrollment and promotional initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Direct the day-to-day management of content schedules and campaign timelines to support seasonal priorities, enrollment activity, and promotional initiatives
Coordinate the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, setup, quality review, launch, and post-campaign analysis
Develop targeted audience groupings and communication paths that improve relevance, engagement, and conversion outcomes
Produce clear reporting dashboards and executive-ready summaries that communicate results, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Leverage AI-enabled tools to evaluate performance data, uncover actionable insights, and refine messaging strategies
Work closely with teams across product, content, creative, admissions, and technology to deliver cohesive multi-channel marketing efforts
Improve campaign effectiveness through ongoing experimentation, performance monitoring, and insight-driven optimization
Support digital marketing initiatives across channels such as email, paid social, Google Ads, and web analytics-driven programs
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing editorial calendars and campaign operations from initial planning through launch and reporting
Strong analytical capability with hands-on use of marketing performance metrics such as conversions, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Practical experience using AI tools to assess data and strengthen marketing decision-making
Solid project management skills with the ability to balance multiple active campaigns and deadlines
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with creative, technical, and leadership teams
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms or CRM systems is preferred
Background in higher education, enrollment marketing, healthcare, or other mission-focused environments is a plus
Familiarity with analytics platforms, optimization methods, or UX/content collaboration is beneficial
