We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a growing marketing function for a luxury retail and eCommerce business in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This role offers the chance to shape brand direction, expand online revenue, and strengthen customer acquisition across digital and in-store channels. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to guide a team and deliver measurable business results in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Guide and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team, setting priorities and supporting execution across digital campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives
Design and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy that supports revenue growth, customer engagement, and long-term brand development
Work closely with company leadership to refine market positioning, enhance the customer experience, and support broader business objectives
Oversee eCommerce marketing performance by improving traffic quality, conversion outcomes, customer acquisition, and online sales growth
Direct paid digital initiatives across search, social, email, and other performance channels, using data to improve return on investment
Identify emerging opportunities to attract new customers and expand reach through scalable acquisition programs and channel testing
Strengthen website lead generation and optimize the customer journey to improve engagement and conversion at every stage
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, performance measurement, and smart allocation of spend across channels
Ensure brand messaging remains consistent and elevated across social media, digital platforms, and retail touchpoints while reflecting luxury consumer expectations
Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing with a strong background in digital growth, eCommerce, and demand generation
Demonstrated success leading and developing marketing teams in a results-driven environment
Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, email marketing, and digital campaign management
Strong command of analytics, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategy
Experience using tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor and improve campaign performance
Background in luxury retail, premium consumer products, or high-end eCommerce brands is strongly preferred
Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in an entrepreneurial business setting
