Job Description

Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape our digital marketing activity. This is a varied and rewarding role where strategy meets hands-on delivery, and where your ideas will directly drive growth, engagement and long-term value. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across the business. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing & Communications team and commercial teams, you’ll translate business goals into high-performing digital campaign, using insight, data and creativity to deliver real commercial impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns across email, paid social, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Build and execute targeted, segmented campaigns and automated journeys (including MQLs, SQLs, events, and customer programmes)
  • Manage and optimise paid social and Google Ads to maximise ROI
  • Drive SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance against KPIs—continually refining strategy
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to create engaging, modern content
  • Partner with teams across the business to align digital activity with wider objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (including Meta platforms, email, paid social, and Google Ads)
  • Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
  • Experience using email service providers (ESP) and marketing automation tools
  • Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
  • Experience leading or managing a team

Nice to have

  • Experience working across multiple brands or business units
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, or marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of the agricultural sector or rural business challenges
  • Relevant digital marketing qualification
