Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape our digital marketing activity. This is a varied and rewarding role where strategy meets hands-on delivery, and where your ideas will directly drive growth, engagement and long-term value. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across the business. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing & Communications team and commercial teams, you’ll translate business goals into high-performing digital campaign, using insight, data and creativity to deliver real commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns across email, paid social, Google Ads, and SEO
Build and execute targeted, segmented campaigns and automated journeys (including MQLs, SQLs, events, and customer programmes)
Manage and optimise paid social and Google Ads to maximise ROI
Drive SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic
Track, analyse, and report on performance against KPIs—continually refining strategy
Work with the marketing and communications team to create engaging, modern content
Partner with teams across the business to align digital activity with wider objectives
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing (including Meta platforms, email, paid social, and Google Ads)
Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
Experience using email service providers (ESP) and marketing automation tools
Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
Experience leading or managing a team
Nice to have:
Experience working across multiple brands or business units
Knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, or marketing automation platforms
Understanding of the agricultural sector or rural business challenges
