We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital outreach initiatives for a Financial Services organization in New York, New York. This role is ideal for a self-directed marketing specialist who can independently manage campaign execution, maintain web content, and translate complex information into clear customer-facing communications. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing partners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective automation, segmentation, and content experiences across digital channels.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce
Maintain and refresh public website content through a content management system, ensuring messaging stays accurate and aligned with business priorities
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal teams to gather detailed information and convert it into effective digital communications
Build and manage automated workflows that support campaign delivery, lead handling, and audience engagement objectives
Develop audience segmentation strategies and implement list logic that aligns marketing activity with CRM data structures
Create and maintain forms, including processing rules and follow-up actions, to support data capture and campaign performance
Oversee customized integrations between marketing platforms and connected business systems, ensuring data moves accurately across environments
Operate with a high level of ownership and initiative, managing priorities independently and advancing projects with minimal direction
Requirements:
Strong understanding of workflow design, automation logic, and campaign process configuration
Experience building audience segments and mapping segmentation strategies to CRM data
Practical knowledge of form creation, form processing steps, and lead or contact data capture best practices
Proficiency with CMS and web content management for public-facing digital properties
Solid background in digital marketing, including email campaign execution and content publishing
Familiarity with system integrations, customized platform configurations, and data flow between connected marketing technologies
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Eloqua, or comparable expertise with Marketo or Salesforce marketing automation tools
