Job Description:

A market leader in the FMCG sector is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Greater China to lead digital marketing initiatives, optimize channels, and align consumer strategies. The position requires proficiency in analytics, digital campaign strategies, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

Job Responsibility:

Lead digital marketing innovation with external partners to accelerate customer acquisition, reactivation, demand generation, and engagement
Drive growth via ongoing optimization of digital channels, content, and targeting for Hong Kong and China
Collaborate internally to align, develop, and execute consumer marketing strategies across owned channels
Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive optimization towards business goals
Monitor and report on competitor digital activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
5+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce, including 2+ years in a managerial role
Solid experience in performance marketing, social media, content marketing, digital ad campaigns, and business strategy support
Strong analytical skills
data-driven decision-maker
Entrepreneurial, influential, and able to articulate new ideas
Agile learner, comfortable in fast-paced environments, adept at managing complex projects
Self-starting, creative, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail and accountability
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, and data mining for analysis
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
