WORX is a full-service marketing agency that takes digital to the next level, and we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house team. The Digital Marketing Manager provides data-driven digital strategies for lead generation and brand awareness as well as digital campaign analysis, optimization, and management for client partners across a wide set of industries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Staying up to date with digital marketing industry best practices
  • Providing a point of view and recommendations in emerging digital marketing technologies or shifts in current platforms
  • Planning, creating, and managing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Writing engaging and concise ad copy to best practices
  • Overseeing delegation of day-to-day account management of PPC, social, and other digital campaigns to the digital marketing team
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and presenting the performance of campaigns by generating monthly and quarterly performance reports to client partners analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Working in a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Functional experience with Google Looker Studio
  • Functional experience with Social Media channels and their ad platforms, including Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of market research techniques
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation software
