Lovisa is a leading global fashion jewellery retailer with a strong international footprint and a fast-paced, trend-led customer offering. We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to drive paid media performance, customer acquisition and revenue growth across our global markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves performance, understands the numbers and knows how to turn insights into action. This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies from a distance - we are looking for someone who can get into the platforms, challenge performance, optimise spend and take true ownership of digital results. You will partner closely with our Ecommerce, CRM, Social and Content teams to ensure digital activity is connected, customer-led and aligned to Lovisa’s commercial priorities. You will also work with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams to support smarter targeting, testing and campaign performance.
Job Responsibility:
Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels
Owning performance across Google, Meta, affiliates, display, retargeting and paid social
Managing ROAS, CAC, revenue contribution and media efficiency
Optimising campaign performance, budgets, bidding, audiences and creative testing
Working with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams to improve targeting and performance
Building a strong test-and-learn culture across channels
Reviewing data daily and translating performance insights into clear actions
Partnering with Ecommerce, CRM, Social and Content teams to align activity to the trade calendar
Managing agencies and external partners, while holding them accountable to outcomes
Identifying new channel opportunities and scaling what works
Providing clear reporting, forecasting and recommendations to support business decisions
Requirements:
5–8+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
Strong paid media experience, particularly across Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max
Solid experience across Meta, affiliates, display, retargeting and paid social
Experience working with customer audiences, segmentation, CDPs and marketing automation teams
Agency-side experience, or experience working in a fast-paced performance environment
Ecommerce or retail experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, reporting and optimisation
Experience working across multiple markets would be an advantage
Confidence working directly in platforms, not just reviewing agency reports
Experience managing agencies and challenging partners on performance
Strong analytical ability and confidence turning data into commercial action
