Job Responsibility:
Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram, managing everything from content calendars to community engagement
Partner directly with senior leadership to ideate and publish high-impact thought leadership content that builds personal brands and market authority
Take full ownership of the brand’s Reddit presence, building credible, trusted relationships within technical subreddits through original, value-driven content
Create and edit polished, short-form video content end-to-end, including scripting and filming for various social platforms
Write engaging, high-quality copy for monthly newsletters, marketing emails, and long-form editorial pieces
Design on-brand visual assets using Canva to ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all digital touchpoints
Proactively monitor industry conversations and competitor movements to jump into trending moments that align with the brand
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media and content strategy for a B2B brand, specifically within the SaaS or tech sectors
Deep, hands-on Reddit experience with a sophisticated understanding of karma dynamics, subreddit culture, and how to build brand trust in skeptical spaces
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for both technical and general audiences without losing engagement
Proficiency in basic video production (scripting, filming, and editing) and a strong eye for design using tools like Canva
Experience ghostwriting and collaborating with executives to translate complex insights into polished thought leadership
A data-informed self-starter who tracks performance metrics and adjusts strategies quickly to optimize engagement
Nice to have:
Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
