The Digital Marketing Manager drives and executes a cohesive digital strategy across social media, website experience, content development, CRM, influencer relations, and online reputation management. This role partners closely with key commercial and PR leaders to elevate brand storytelling, enhance digital engagement, and support SEO and paid media initiatives for the hotel’s continued commercial success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the hotel, restaurant, and bar social media channels, developing content calendars that amplify brand identity, offerings, and storytelling
Create engaging social content—including Instagram stories, reels, and cross‑platform assets—while collaborating with internal departments to uncover content opportunities
Oversee community management, track performance through analytics tools, and implement strategies to grow impressions, engagement, and link clicks
Identify, vet, and manage influencer and content creator collaborations, coordinating experiences and deliverables
Manage and update visuals, copy, and information across owned websites and third‑party online channels
Develop thematic and seasonal landing pages supporting storytelling, SEO goals, and paid media campaigns
Lead local SEO management, ensuring Google profiles and similar platforms reflect accurate, updated information
Oversee online reputation management, including monitoring reviews, reporting sentiment, and managing guest responses
Execute CRM‑related deployments and update digital guest journey communications across Four Seasons and OpenTable platforms
Support paid media brief development, manage the property’s image library, and assist with photo/video shoot coordination and digital/print asset design
Participate in PR and marketing meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring unified communication across all initiatives
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website management, and influencer relations—hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, website CMS tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing best practices
Strong time‑management skills: ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary for the role
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with strong aesthetic judgment and experience in photography/video content
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs
US work authorization is required
Nice to have:
Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, Sprout Social, and Microsoft Office is a plus
