Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategic analysis, optimize data management, collaborate cross-functionally, and enhance digital experiences to drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the strategic analysis and reporting of digital customer journeys
  • Ensure the optimization and accuracy of data management
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with a focus on increasing ecommerce conversions and website traffic
  • Develop robust tracking solutions and navigate privacy regulations
  • Manage marketing analytics tools and maintain data accuracy
  • Direct the creation of dashboards and data visualization
  • Spearhead A/B testing and tagging initiatives
  • Oversee a team and maintain budget accountability
  • Collaborate across web, digital marketing, and IT teams to enhance digital experiences and customer acquisition
  • Ensure brand awareness and consumer awareness through effective campaign planning

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on marketing analytics, data layer management, tagging and measuring
  • Strong understanding and experience in building and enhancing brand awareness and customer lifecycle
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution across various digital platforms
  • Proven ability to drive consumer awareness and engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrable success in customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience in creating impactful digital experiences for a variety of customer segments
  • Strong knowledge and experience in eCommerce and its role in driving business growth

  • Partner with sales and management team to define marketing materials and programs
  • Develop tactical execution for new products
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and industry trends and leverage insights into actionable strategies
  • Effectively communicate marketing campaign performance metrics with executive management team
  • Manage and optimize organic search, content marketing, email marketing social media and alternative digital channels
  • Work closely with ecommerce subject matter experts to drive online sales through PPC optimizations, technical SEO and CRO enhancements
  • Work alongside the Amazon team to drive sales through optimized product listings, content and brand store development
  • Partner with IT team on technical operations of the business – ERP, CRM, and data management
