We’re a growing boutique digital marketing agency looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys both doing the work and owning client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small agency, likes wearing multiple hats, and wants real influence over strategy, execution, and growth. You’ll manage client accounts, execute campaigns, and have the opportunity to help grow the agency by bringing in new business over time.
Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple client accounts end-to-end
Communicate directly with clients
Help shape and execute marketing strategy
Hands-on execution across: Email campaigns, Blog & content coordination, Social media, Website updates
Coordinate with internal team members
Stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep projects moving
Requirements:
5–10 years total marketing experience
Agency experience strongly preferred
Client-facing experience required
B2B experience (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) helpful, not required
