As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact paid campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Display, and CTV to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. You will manage and pace multi-million-dollar media budgets, making data-driven allocation decisions to maintain a strong return on ad spend while ensuring high lead quality. Working closely with Product Marketing and Sales, you’ll define targeted messaging and audience segments to evolve our narrative across the full funnel. In this performance-driven role, you will be responsible for continuous optimization, developing testing roadmaps, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Define Plaid’s digital marketing strategy across varying campaign types, including content, events, webinars, and thought leadership
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels
Operationalize paid media budget, managing investment and performance against pipeline goals
Define audiences, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives in close partnership with Product Marketing
Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure digital marketing performance translates into actionable pipeline and revenue
Establish and execute a test-and-learn and optimization roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Measure, analyze, and communicate performance, connecting digital results to business impact
Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for digital marketing at Plaid, shaping how the program scales
Requirements:
5+ years of experience B2B marketing, with direct ownership of digital marketing program
Content strategy experience, preferred
Experience fintech or startup environments, preferred
Proficiency in Tabaleau or other data visualization tools
Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that influenced pipeline and/or revenue outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to wide audiences
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships
Solution-oriented, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
