Job Description:

Our client is a well-established Education Services provider in Singapore, with over 30 years of legacy and a robust network of partnerships with 1,000+ universities globally. They specialize in helping students pursue overseas studies through tailored advisory, placement, and support services. As part of their continued growth and digital transformation, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive their digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is critical in attracting, engaging, and converting qualified student leads through data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels to drive qualified pipeline growth
  • Develop engaging, contemporary marketing content and assets tailored for different stages of the customer journey
  • Lead digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Plan and execute local and regional marketing events, including webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and hosted client engagements to support brand visibility and lead generation
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Work closely with regional marketing counterparts to ensure consistency and leverage shared assets or strategies
  • Make effective use of marketing analytics and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and track qualified leads generated against set targets by destination or campaign

Requirements:

  • Min 7 years of relevant experience including in executing mass b2c lead generation campaigns with tangible success metrics
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and email marketing automation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
