Experienced digital marketeer
Knowledge of Meta Ads (and other ad managers), Google Sheets, AppsFlyer, Datastudio, Google Analytics
Up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends
Experience managing monthly budgets of 500K+
Full funnel expertise
Data-driven decision maker
Great at organization and planning
Knowledge about App Store Marketing & ASO
Knowledge about landing page optimization

Job Responsibility

Running paid media efforts on digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Spearheading App Store Optimization (ASO) and landing page optimization efforts
Successfully launch and maintain full funnel digital campaigns
Create campaigns that broadly reach target audiences across brand impact, drive conversion of valuable in-market segments
Devise and run experiments + studies to evaluate efficacy of efforts
Create recommendations to improve media and creative executions
Identify synergies with above the line media
Refine and execute direct response strategy
Understand and make the right tradeoffs between new user acquisition costs (CACs) and user life time value (LTV)
Deliver weekly analysis of growth efforts, with clear recommendations and timely follow throughs

Requirements

3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience
Prior experience working with an email service provider and SMS platform with management of campaign execution and analysis is required
Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, performance metrics, etc.
Data driven with knowledge across CRM, modeling and segmentation approaches and resources
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related major
MBA a plus

Contributes to a test and learn team environment and focus on new creative strategies to engage the client both online and offline through digital marketing channels
Collaborates with cross functional teams including CRM, Brand Marketing, E-commerce Analytics, Digital Merchandising, Organic Social, Loyalty/Credit Marketing & Creative & Project Management
Continuously monitors channel performance and ensures that campaigns meet or exceed KPI’s
Participates in the cross-flow of results and best practices with the broader Marketing and Digital teams in a timely and actionable format
