Manager of Digital Marketing | 6-Month Contract to Perm. Are you a heavy-hitting digital strategist looking for a high-impact leadership role? We are representing a leading national healthcare provider currently undergoing a major phase of digital transformation and brand integration. This is a 6-month temporary contract with a very high likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position for the right leader.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the digital migration of newly acquired hospitals, ensuring seamless website and social media transitions
Oversee a national website portfolio, focusing on UX, accessibility, and technical performance
Drive the national SEO and SEM strategy to maintain market-leading visibility
Ensure all digital activity meets TGA guidelines and Australian Privacy standards
Strategic owner of the national digital presence
Lead SEO, content, social media, and website governance across all service lines
Requirements:
8–10+ years in digital marketing
At least 3 years in a Director or Senior Leadership role within a large, complex organization
Deep expertise in SEO strategy, GA4, and managing enterprise-level CMS platforms (Contentful experience is a major plus)
Proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios and large-scale digital integrations
Familiarity with TGA therapeutic advertising guidelines and Privacy Act requirements
Bachelor Degree
