My client is a publicly traded, global digital performance agency who are currently expanding their Toronto team and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (PPC Specialist) to support their growing North American client base. They combines proprietary marketing technology with expert-led paid media strategy to deliver scalable, data-driven growth solutions for brands across industries. The Opportunity They are looking for someone who can manage end-to-end PPC and paid search campaigns, partnering directly with clients to develop, implement, and optimize performance strategies aligned to business KPIs. Job Responsibility:
Manage SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
Develop and execute performance strategies based on data analysis
Own client relationships across North America
Oversee tagging, tracking, and pixel implementation
Ensure data integrity across GA4, GTM, CRM and ad platforms
Analyze performance and present strategic recommendations
Coach and support junior team members
Maintain QA processes and campaign documentation
Requirements:
6+ years overall agency/media experience
2+ years of hands-on PPC experience
Multichannel paid media experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with tracking and performance attribution
