My client is a publicly traded, global digital performance agency who are currently expanding their Toronto team and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (PPC Specialist) to support their growing North American client base. They combines proprietary marketing technology with expert-led paid media strategy to deliver scalable, data-driven growth solutions for brands across industries. The Opportunity They are looking for someone who can manage end-to-end PPC and paid search campaigns, partnering directly with clients to develop, implement, and optimize performance strategies aligned to business KPIs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment with international exposure and strong growth potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop and execute performance strategies based on data analysis
  • Own client relationships across North America
  • Oversee tagging, tracking, and pixel implementation
  • Ensure data integrity across GA4, GTM, CRM and ad platforms
  • Analyze performance and present strategic recommendations
  • Coach and support junior team members
  • Maintain QA processes and campaign documentation

Requirements

  • 6+ years overall agency/media experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience
  • Multichannel paid media experience
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with tracking and performance attribution
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Happy to work hybrid (4 days in office)
