Job Description:

Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong partnerships and creator licensing experience to lead vertical and short-form content initiatives for a major streaming platform. This role partners closely with product, influencer, legal, and marketing teams to source, negotiate, and manage digital creator assets that drive engagement and retention.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage digital creator and licensed content
  • Oversee lifecycle of vertical/short-form assets from intake to delivery
  • Partner with product to ensure assets meet platform and UX requirements
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to drive execution and meet timelines
  • Optimize workflows for scalable content delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience at one or more of the following: Spotter, Jellysmack, Jukin, BroadbandTV, Fullscreen, Bent Pixels, Studio 71
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or digital content within media/entertainment
  • Partnerships / business development experience in the creator ecosystem
  • Licensee and content creator management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, vertical video, and short-form strategy
  • Process-oriented
  • experience building and managing workflows
  • Experience collaborating with product, tech, legal, and marketing teams
  • Proficiency with Airtable (or similar PM tools) and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Assist in the development and execution of sponsorship strategies and content planning for Stake’s F1 team, Everton Football Club, the UFC, as well as brand ambassadors
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned sponsorship partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations and deliverables are met accurately and on time
  • Work closely with the Head of Sponsorships and Sponsorships Lead to ensure all agreements are documented, approved and fulfilled
