Job Responsibility:
Lead the charge in scaling user acquisition and brand visibility through data-driven performance strategies
Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) to drive high-quality leads
Optimize the conversion funnel using A/B testing and deep-dive data analytics
Collaborate with regional teams to localize global brand messaging for the HK and Greater Bay Area markets
Requirements:
5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within Tech, FinTech, or a high-growth startup environment
Proven track record in managing performance budgets and achieving low CPA/CAC
Native-level fluency in English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot/Salesforce is a must
