Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Email to lead high-impact campaign strategy and execution for a respected organization in the Real Estate & Property industry. This Long-term Contract position is based in Los Angeles, California, and is ideal for a marketing specialist who combines strong analytical thinking with creative storytelling across digital channels. The role will shape cohesive messaging, strengthen brand consistency, and improve engagement by partnering closely with cross-functional teams and applying performance insights to ongoing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate website and campaign performance data into actionable recommendations that strengthen email and digital marketing outcomes
  • Evaluate market activity, competitor tactics, and emerging digital tools to identify opportunities for more effective outreach and audience engagement
  • Plan, launch, and measure marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong visibility, reach, and overall performance
  • Partner with teams across creative, property marketing, digital, social, and public relations to deliver consistent brand expression and aligned business results
  • Build seasonal campaigns across owned and paid channels, guiding projects from initial brief and content development through final asset delivery
  • Direct the creation and upkeep of visual marketing materials that support events, openings, promotions, and other brand moments
  • Structure campaign messaging and creative priorities to encourage targeted customer actions and support broader marketing goals
  • Oversee landing page concepts, website visuals, and digital content with a strong focus on user experience, clarity, and conversion
  • Apply ecommerce and digital design best practices, including usability feedback and audience research, to improve online experiences over time

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital design or digital marketing across web, social, email, and other online platforms
  • Demonstrated background in a digital agency or in-house creative or marketing environment
  • experience supporting fashion, beauty, luxury, or premium brands is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and the ability to use data to guide campaign decisions
  • Familiarity with web technologies and digital production concepts relevant to online marketing execution
  • Strong understanding of current trends in mobile, social, email, and emerging marketing technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the interpersonal ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self-motivated approach, strong attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a solid grasp of brand voice, audience behavior, and premium customer experience expectations
