Job Responsibility

  • Formulate and execute integrated digital commerce and marketplace marketing strategies to achieve a one-hundred percent year-on-year online revenue growth target
  • Direct multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to secure a four-to-six times return on advertising spend through strategic A&P budget optimization
  • Govern external agency performance across collaborative influencer marketing networks, managing localized KOL, KOC, affiliate programmes, and upcoming livestreaming initiatives
  • Establish comprehensive team key performance indicators and steer the digital marketing division to maximize brand equity and online marketplace commercial visibility
  • Analyse consumer data streams and marketplace tracking metrics to optimize online store operations, pricing layouts, and category profitability parameters

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of commercial execution tenure specializing in digital marketing, brand management, or e-commerce operations within the beauty, personal care, or consumer goods sectors
  • Proven competency managing major online marketplace platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to drive verifiable online sales revenue growth
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex external agency partnerships spanning digital media buyers, content creators, and P.R. networks
  • Technical capability navigating performance marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, search engine optimisation, and digital analytics platforms
  • Solid leadership background with documented history setting operational key performance indicators and guiding cross-functional digital marketing teams
